    Default i cant stop f*cking eating ..lol

    ok so me and my husband both love good food he refuses to eat vegetables, always has, and the fact that we love food is more reflective on him than on me . being that he is in the navy and we are staying in temporary navy housing that doesnt include a fridge. I have eaten fast food for almost 2 months straight!!!! (and this was the end of my vegetarian diet) yuck and now that i want to dance again ( im only a size 3 btw) my eating habits are disgusting to me but my appetite wont waver and i have no idea how to ween myself off of food , i visited arety's angels the other night and seen all the thin girls and honestly felt bad about myself im short and so like i said im only a size 3 but the extra eating is evident . it's almost like im binging but i really do feel hungry , how do i stop this?

    With all the diets I lose weight on, I plan out my food first thing in the day.

    So you already know what you're going to eat, you just have to ration it off so it lasts you. Grazing kills my diets. Choose foods with high satiety like foods high in fiber. I love to snack and often overeat, but I can nip it in the bud if I really think about what I'm putting in my mouth. I don't NEED all those calories, especially the empty ones from like chips and stuff.

    Or, if you don't want to do all the work and since you don't have a fridge, you could do Nutrisystem.

    And eat some green vegetables! As much as possible. Having a big salad with light dressing before a meal will definitely make you feel satisfied with a smaller meal.

    And drink lots of water. Sometimes I eat something because I'm actually thirsty. Are you getting enough sleep? Sometimes people replace energy lost from sleep with calories. Plus sleeping keeps your mind off food!

    I agree with planning out your food for the day. I have also been using salad plates instead of dinner plates when I eat meals. It makes the portions look a lot bigger and kind of tricks me into thinking they are as big as a portion on a dinner plate.

    Really, you're just going to have to mentally make yourself stop eating so much. Every time you're about to eat something, stop and ask yourself "am I actually hungry?". If the answer is no, then don't eat. I also eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day and it really helps.
