I decided I want to start exercising every morning and I want to find a good workout video geared towards gaining and toning muscle. I'm not looking to loose any weight. My weight fluctuates between 42kg and 43 kg, any less and I may fly away on a windy day. Of course I know exercising will naturally do this.
I already eat pretty healthy vegetarian diet, I don't really eat fast food, or at least I haven't in months.
I also don't want to buy or purchase any online. Are there any websites that have free work out videos without signing up?
I think pilates and yoga will also be good. maybe aerobics too.
Ideas? suggestions?
