Many of you have made it clear that you get more dances when you're seen in the lapdance or VIP area more. However, does that work the opposite way, too, do you think? If guys see a girl walking around and getting turned down by every customer, do you think that they are less likely to buy a dance from her, assuming that something must be "wrong" with her if she's being turned down by all of these other people?
Reason I ask is because, much of the time, I feel like I'm the only one at my club really working the room. I've even had people comment to me that I'm the only one working (actually walking around, talking to customers, trying to get dances, etc.). I guess the reason for this is that most of the top earners are in rooms with regulars that they've accumulated throughout the years they've been working in the club, while the girls without so many regs are spending ages with the same guys talking and talking. Usually the latter scenerio works for me when I am successful in getting dances. However, I feel like it makes me look desperate and bad, in general, when I'm not getting dances.
This past Thurs, it was like pulling teeth for me to try and get dances. Not only that, but the people that did get dances only got 1 or 2...and I usually stack them. I approached about 3/4 of the room (and it was pretty crowded, at least for a Tues), and I kept getting turned down. And, of course, I don't sit around and talk for long, so I guess that makes me look even more like I keep walking around past people.

This is probably an old trick, but what the hell!
