Well, I'm starting dayshift at my club on Monday. I always do my various exercises and stretches...well last night, I was practicing my floorwork and stretching, everything was cool. But around 8am this morning, I woke up and had a really really bad pain in my lower right leg. It still hurts right now, only if I put pressure on it or try to stretch some more. And as me being a past athlete, I know that I pulled a muscle.
Last year in December, I got into a really bad accident that left both my legs trapped in the car. Which is why I still have slight pain in my legs. I've haven't done floorwork that much at my other clubs due to this...or pole tricks for that matter. Sometimes it hurts just to get up after I do floorwork.
Do you have any advice on what I should do? I want to be able to at least do SOME floorwork on Monday and not just dance around the pole. Do you have anything to recommend as far as making the pain go away? I've put ice on it, but I don't know if that will do any good.
