I've noticed that I can't eat too much peanuts, bc of not i'll get pimples galore. So I cut peanuts out, i'll have them once in a while but not alone... like in certain meals i'll order restaurants is fine. Just no handfulls a day, like I use to. Or else i'll get zits like a motherfucker.
NOW, for two weeks in a row I started to eat pistachio nuts and i've noticed that shit made me break the fuck out. So now i've cut those out too. Ashame, bc I love em. Maybe just like peanuts, i'll have very few of them on occasion.
Almonds are the only nuts I can eat daily without getting a freaking pimple. My beloved almond nuts.
