I don't know what else to call it. But you know like a photobooth how it's three photos joined? I'd like to do that with 3 photos I took. But I don't know how to do it.

I'm not expert but sometimes I copy and paste into "paint" from windows. I'm sure there is an easier way, though.

What program are you using to view your pictures? On some you can increase the "mat". This would be like making the picture bigger except the picture size stays the same and you have a white blank spot. Then you can copy and paste.

Whoop! I found a site online you create it. Although I'd like to have kept them true dimensions and probably can but I didn't spend much time trying to figure it out.

I did it with two different sets.

If you have a Mac, it should have come with Appleworks. You can make this sort of layout easily with the Draw module of Appleworks. Launch it, select Drawing. Do this by going to File, then New, then Drawing. Then open your first image. You will need to look for a dropdown menu that says File Format and change it to whatever file type your images are, probably jpg, or they will not open in Appleworks.

Select all of the image, or the part you want, and copy it. Switch over to the other Draw window that you opened before and paste it in. Move the image to wherever you want it to be, then click away from it to drop it. You will be able to click on it later to move it if you need to do so.

Repeat this with the other two images.

When you save it, it will be saved as an Appleworks file. If you want a jpg or other filetype, you will have to use "Save as."

You could also do this with the Paint module, but in that module, once you drop the image, that is where it is. You can't move it around. The Paint module is like painting on a wall. The Draw module is like painting pictures that you hang on a wall.

If you are going to do a lot of work with graphics on your Mac, you should get a $35 shareware program called GraphicConverter, which you can download from www.graphicconverter.com . It will download as full featured, so you can pay the fee when you are sure you want to keep it and can afford it. It is a very powerful tool that nobody who works graphics on a Mac should be without.

You are going to need to get GraphicConverter because they Photobooth image you created will hve a lot of white space around the image. With GraphicConverter, you can crop the image down to your three photos.

Look around your applications folder also, and see if you have an App called Photobooth. It works with your cam, but I think it can also import images.

NewMoon's renderings are great, but if you want to be able to do it yourself without going out to a web site, that's how.
