    Default Great new epilator!

I posted a while ago about my old epilator failing on me. Well i bought another one and it is amazing! It is the Phillips Satinelle Ice. It used to take me half and hour to do my legs, with this one it takes me 15 mins! It has loads more disks so that it speeds up the time and catches the little hairs and a ice pack that you can attach. Whenever i was epilating or waxing my legs were never completely smooth but after using this they are just as smooth as if ive had a close shave. It has a loofah glove to exfoliate after so you can get any ingrowns. The ice attachement is good too as it soothes the skin that has just been defuzzed so makes it less red. It even has a little applicator for the bikini/ underarm area.

How long do you stay smooth for?

Well i last epilated with my old one about 2 weeks ago, my hair wasnt long where it was noticeable, i could still wear skirts and they felt only a little prickly. So the hairs were pretty short. I used the new one 3 days ago and my legs are still as smooth as silk. I know its always best to epilate a couple times in the week you do them as it gives the little hairs that are under the surface a chance to come through. But i can honestly not feel them yet. So it mustve really got those little hairs, or the loofah glove brought them to the surface. Another thing to note, my old epilate lft the little black follicle in my skin, this one doesnt. My leg hair always grows fast and its dark so you can see it but im just amazed at this, this is the smoothest my legs have been since i gave up shaving last year.

Not my new one no. I dont know if its cos im used to the feeling from my old torture device but it was a breeze. The worst part is around the ankles and even that it bearable, like an elastic band snapping you.

Cool. I'm thinking of getting a new one too. How many heads does this one have as compared to your old one?

Im not sure my old one only has about 5 tweezers, this new one has lots of ceramic discs that grab hair.

I think I might get this as an alternative to lasering. I'm feeling cheap right now and want to pay off debt and save but want to be smooth. Feeling too cheap to plop down that $400 per session. Thanks for the info!
