Hello all. I lost a lot of weight and I see you all with these incredibly flat, TONED abs. Do you all exercise? If so, doing what? My tummy is flatter but its still a little flabby and doesn't look who I would feel most comfortable.

Sounds like you still have fat lingering around your midsection. This is the most commonly difficult place to lose weight for most people, and usually the hardest for women. You can do ten thousand crunches a day, and it won't matter unless you burn the fat off that is over your abdominal area. Do a little more cardio and take pilates.
There are alot of good ab routines on YouTube and also Diet.com. It also helps to cleanse your bowels when attempting to lose a significant amount of weight around your midsection. Try psyllium fiber (Metamucil) 2-3 times a day, drink alot of water, and eat alot of high-fiber foods.
