Try getting some stool softener and drink some very strong coffee. Should get things moving along

I take probiotics...they are the natural, beneficial bacteria that your stomach needs, that are missing in our foods nowadays. I used to have your problem until I started taking my probiotics. Also, you can take a supplement called "colon care" (also found at your healthfood store)..its basically just a fiber supplement...you take one or two whenever and it helps keep everything cleansed and detoxed. Don't worry NEITHER of these products will make you run to the potty, or cause ANY sort of inconvenience for you. they keep you healthy, regular , cut down on bloating and my fave...KEEP YOUR STOMACH FLAT!! WOO HOO!
If you can still go but are having trouble for more than 5 days, I'd say skip the laxatives and go for the stool softener...I took a laxative 2 days ago (for the first time in 3 years) because I couldnt go for 6 days, and I was weak, crampy and couldnt leave the bathroom for a full day. Not a good experience.




Dr Pepper. Seriously .. it'll make you go. Also the starbucks coffee drinks will make it easier to go.. water, water water. You are not drinking enough. Drink more.
