I never had noticeable cellulite before I got pregnant. While I was pregnant, I noticed I started to get cellulite starting under my butt, creeping down to halfway down the back of my thighs, then on my butt, and some on my stomach! I have NEVER had cellulite that you could see unless I squeezed my skin real hard, or bent my leg (like you can see it when squatting down) in certain types of light.
I read that cellulite can be brought on by hormonal changes, and I definitely had a LOT of hormonal changes when I was pregnant (for almost three months), it's been 2 months since the abortion, and I'm starting to feel semi-normal again, aside from some pretty crazy mood swings and water retention.....do you think that it's going to go away once my hormones even out?? I'm so scared that it's going to stay, it looks horrible.
I'm upping my water intake a ton, starting to go raw vegan and eat tons of raw veggies and fruits, and I'm going to be doing yoga 3-4 times a week in addition to dancing 3-4 times a week. Is there anything ELSE I can do to get rid of it??
It's horrible and it makes me feel horrible. I can deal with my size, not being super skinny (5'7, 138, size 4-6). When I was younger I was constantly hating my body and wanting to be a size 2, but with my bone structure, it will just never happen. I have finally accepted my body, and then I get pregnant and get fucking cellulite. what. the. fuck.
