Default Pole work after baby labor

Ok... so I'm gonna give birth to a little one in a few days and I know to take it easy for a few weeks after delivery to not fuck up my abs anyways -

I really want to get an at home pole to work out on and brush up on moves at my own pace before going back to work and my question is:

How do you get back into pole work after having a baby and how soon can you start doing really gentle moves? And what kind of moves would you say to start out with?

If your curious before i was pregnant I was able to do a few different beginner spins, climb the pole and hang upside-down in one position.

Usually I would say 12 weeks for a natural birth, longer (maybe 6 months) for a c-section.
But if you get the all clear at your 8 week check, then that is usually a good sign that you can start back with some gentle stuff. remember not all spins are "gentle". start with turns, slides and spins which keep one foot on the floor.
