I used to have serious intimidation issues with the younger guys though I have gotten better and have been selling to a lot more of them lately.
I think once you get over the intimidation that it's not too different, but they usually are looking for a more party girl sort of persona than the older guys are. On stage I tend to do trashier moves for the young guys, lol.

You know what I've done that works? Somehow find a way to comment on soemthing using a Family Guy quote, or a line from Knocked Up, 40 Year Old Virgin, or even just say "Hey, what's up McLovin!"... something that connects you to the younger crowd, making you inherently cool.
Example: see a guy who's enthralled with a dancer, tipping at stage, and turn to younger guy you're with and say, "oh man, that guy totally reminds me of Quagmire at the strip club. Have you seen that episode of Family GUy?" It will put a smile to his face instantly, because, well, most anyone under 30 has seen at least one episode of family guy. Here's the clip of Quagmire at the SC:

Even if he hasn't seen that, you can describe it. "Oh yeah, Quagmire totally throws cash away in like a matter of 5 seconds and then tries to swipe a visa in the stripper's ass crack." He will laugh, even if he hates the show.
Basically, hustling them is like relating to them on their level, and most often, humor works. You have to sit for like 2-3 mintues, but it works if you do it right. And then you close (this works if you just used the family guy one): "Let's go have some fun, but no swiping bank cards in my ass crack!" *stand up, grab his hand, smile.*
Love it!
