    wearing your hustle line?

this is mostly a passing thought/funny commentary, but i was curious:

the other day in the mall i saw a kiosk with those belts that scroll lit-up (led) sayings. you can program it to say whatever you want. i thought "wouldn't it be funny to get one for work and have it say stuff like "tip me". they make necklaces and such like that too.

then today at work a girl said something about wanting to get a shirt that said something like "yes, i just want your money" or "wanna dance?"

has anyone ever actually done anything like that? (besides the tip-jar shoes). did it work? lately i've become less interested in talk-hustle. like................. waaaaaayyyyy less. heh.

I have thought about getting a tshirt printed saying STFU AND BUY A DANCE. But there is no way my manager would let me wear a tshirt let alone one that said that. But I think it would be funny.

There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.

Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

see that's what i'm thinking. at first i thought it would be too bold, but then i thought "maybe it would work as a funny ice breaker".

There was a girl at my club who would only do table dances and not lapdances. I have NEVER seen table dances done at my club, they just rarely happen. So she painted the fromt and back of her shirt "table dance only."

i got this shirt at one of the ghetto stores in my city that says BUY ME STUFF in big rainbow metallic letters to wear at work.

i was telling a girl the other day though, that i just like the letters so much, it could say I EAT SHIT and i still probably would have gotten it.

I saw a girl at a local club here with the LCD scroll belt buckle. It was the weekend of the Nascar race and it said "welcome race fans". Don't know if it helped her get dances but it was cute.

I think clothes with any sort of lettering on them tend to draw attention and can be a ice breaker in certain situations. People can't help but want to know what it says.

I used to have a Hustler skirt that said "hustler" in big letters on the ass. ALL NIGHT LONG guys were commenting on it. "So your a hustler huh?"

I was in a really pissy mood that night so it annoyed me more than anything else but later I thought hey...at least it helped me stand out.

It was so slow at my club last night that I wanted to take my eyeliner and write " will work for quarters" on my body.

I've thought about this too. I tend to be the "class clown" of the dancers so I could pull it off. I've been on the lookout for a shirt when I go shopping so when I find one, I'll wear it and report back

I have a silk camisole and thong with hundred dollar bills design on it. The guys always seem to get a kick out of it.

Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! I've thought of getting one of those buckles too!

I tend to make great money by playing dumb.

When I get my fake boobs I wanna get one of these shirts for work, to further accentuate my 'dumb' persona:

I want to get a shirt that says "Hi, my name is _____ and I'll be giving your lapdances tonight." And put one of those name stickers in the blank.

I think it'll work because it's funny AND it makes guys think about dancing AND it assumes a sale.

I think this is a great idea.
It's just the right mixture of forward, funny, lessening the talk on your part, & making YOU stand out (because your name is actually on it).

It has a kind of a...airline hostess vibe to it or something. haha

Oh it's a great idea! I have an LED belt (totally stole this idea from another girl back in 05 lol) that I made to say, "watch my body" while I'm one stage.

I also had two adorable skirts that said, "stuck up" on the back...unfortunately, somebody broke into my car and stole two suitcases of stripperclothes and jewlery valued at well over 5k, so if I ever see a bitch wearing those she will have my shoe stuck up her ass. ( I was moving and got too tired and left some stuff in my car when they got ganked.)

Stuff with words on it is always a great conversation starter. I also have a necklace that says "fuck" in sparkly diamonds. And I have HUSTLER shorts. That says it all...
