    Default Seperate cell- custies only??

I've been thinking about getting seperate cell phone for work. I never give my number out to custies, mainly because I don't want to give them the wrong idea (that I will meet them OTC) but also because I dont want them to have any personal information on me. I also don't think my BF would appreciate any phone calls from them!

My idea is to get a seperate phone (found a prepaid one that doesn't even require an address or real name- only e mail address and whatever name you give them) which I can use to let them know when I am working, what times, etc. I travel a lot and have a hard time keeping in touch with some of them... Right now I just call a few of them on blocked numbers to let them know my schedule- might be better this way?

    Anyone else do this?

    I think that's a good idea!
I bought a phone, cheap pay as you go one, and registered it over the phone with a fake name. When clients see it on caller ID, I tell them that's my real name and it's a secret only special guys get to know...makes them feel special hah.

What I did was add a "family share" phone to my plan. So I share minutes between my two phones. it works really well and I pay the same amount that I used to pay with one.

but then the phone is still under your name... so do you call blocked? I used to have family share with my mom and whenever I called someone it would say her name on the caller id.

I just made one those voicemails with it's own phone number... and customers get that number.... they leave a msg w. their name and number... If I call em back then I just call with blocked.

I didn't want to incur the expense of another cell phone, so I just got another email address for customers only. For older customers, that may not work if they're not "tech" savvy, but haven't had too much trouble with it.

I've been thinking about doing this myself, cause every couple weeks i dance for a guy who spends decent money and has the potential to come back again if given the right encouragement/schedule info...
These days I like to count my money. I like to wash it delicately and iron it. Sometimes I dry it with some bounty to make it all nice and cuddly. I love my money... did I say that out loud?
