It's time for a change ladies... and I'm finally doing something about it! All of the threads about diets/exercise/health have motivated me! I'm sick of adding to the list of things that I want to/know I should do. So, I have a plan:
- I will continue to stick to my gluten/dairy free diet. Two months and counting...
- I will fix my skin. I will get CoolTouch once a month followed by a Photofacial to reduce redness.
- I will go to yoga 2x a week. I signed up for the beginner's class.
- I will get a day job. I inquired about a bunch of jobs today (at least PT and with benefits.)
- I will work/dance and save money. I am done with school, no excuse now.
- I will stick to my budget. I made a schedule for bills/debts.
- I will get my business running by the end of the year. I just found out I'll be published in a book!
- I will not neglect myself. I made an appointment for a massage/pedicure for Saturday.
