On average how many hours do you wake up before you get to the club? Lately its only been about 3 for me lol. Lazy august days I guess.

same for me... around 3. gotta give myself enough time not to feel like shit. I always feel/look like crap right when I wake up.

I have a feeling I am going to be in the minority here

I wake up anywhere from 5:00-6:00am. I am an early bird for sure. LOVE the morning and have tons of energy in the pre-dawn hours. I go to bed about 10:30pm.

I usually get to work and am on the floor by noon. So, about 6 hours in advance.

I wake up around 10am-noon and am on the floor anywhere between 3pm and 7pm. So usually 6 hours before work I am awake on average.

I usually wake up between 10-11 and leave for work at 9. So, 11 hours? I'm going to make an effort to start working at 8 again though. I feel like such a slacker for only working four hours!

Only about 2-3 hours for me. I work 10 hour shifts and I need my sleep to get thru the night esp when working consecutive nights.

I usually get up about 5-6am and don't start work until 10.30pm (until4am). So have already been awake for hours! I only work 3 nights a week so I try to catch up on sleep on Sundays. Should just clarify that if have worked the previous night I try to have a nap in the day, but with two kids is tricky.

Usually wake up at 1:20, roll out of bed, and get to work by 2. Do all my hair/makeup there. I shower the night before as I'm convinced I make more $ if I'm not toooo 'fresh', heh!
