ive read online that theyre really helpful in working out but was thinking about getting a bender ball for core workout.
could i just use a roller instead? how do they work?(sorry im clueless)
or would it be better to get both???

I have a foam roller and I love it.
I use it for muscle massage and myofascial release after working out. I bought a little handbook that shows me various stretches and exercises.
I'm not sure what a bender ball is so I can't help you there, but foam rollers are awesome... especially for the back and legs.
^Agree with the above, it hurt to use them at first but it is really great for muscle massage.



how are they used, you just roll on them? to strech out your muscles
