Default How Important Are Regs to Your $$?

My former ATF: day girl, small/slow club, specialty is talk and normalcy and "friendliness.". When I met her she had a big-time regular to the tune of several hundreds a week...saw him both in and out of the club. I guess more of a sugar daddy kind of thing. They had a falling-out and me and another guy were main regs and took care of her pretty well.

This year I don't go see her in the club any more, just real-world friends, so she doesn't get any money from me (and I don't get any naked from her). Her other big-fish reg is infrequent, and she has a couple of small-fish regs. She makes so much less than she used to....and best I can tell, it's due to not having the same stable of regulars.

I know it's probably entirely different for weekend girls, night girls, whatever...but for a day girl in a small low-hustle club, is the "regular" the most important thing ever, or what? If not, what's the best way to make money in this environment?

In the beginning of my dancing career it was extremely important to the point that I didn't have any confidence in my ability to make good money without them.

I have since detached myself from the regular thing and learned how to hustle such that I can make about the same money without regulars.

That being said, I still like regulars. I'd much rather dance for a guy I like and know than hustle a bunch of strangers.

I work in a small club on day shift during the week and friday and saturday nights. A lot of girls make the mistake of being friendly for soso tips and the occasional dance and many of them do rely on regulars. I have a lot of small fish regulars but I hustle undercover so to speak. I'm so horny and full of energy I regularly make more than mediocre money.

So to answer your question no regs aren't everything unless you let them be. She needs to step up her game.

Well yeah that's part of the issue, I think about 3/4 of the time she doesn't want to do this job any more.

The only day I see her excited about going in is when "Jack" is supposed to be there....he's good for a nice wad of cash. Otherwise, she always seems to kind of dread it. And that's not a hustler's attitude......

On a related on note, about what percentage of your income is from customers that you've seen in the club before (whether they are "your regulars" or the club's frequent clients)?

Ive never worked dayshift but at one stage I had two great regulars who I really relied on because I became lazy. I would just wait for them to come in and not really worry about making myself available to do dances for anyone else coz I couldn't be bothered.

They were giving me over a $1500 a weekend - combined. So yeh it was pretty sweet.

One still comes in all the time but the other one now does only occasionally. I lost my confidence in my ability to make money without regulars but I have since got it back and realised I can make just as much money without them.

I need to re-build some regulars ASAP though. Winter is fast approaching.

I have a hard time maintaing regulars because I usually don't feel comfortable having them contact me outside the club...which is something most of them seem to want. I don't want to deal with the hassle of it all.

However I always keep my eye out for customers that frequent the club on a regular basis and try to get extra friendly with them as long as they are spending $$$. They like that I remember their name and the things we have chatted about.

There is one guy that comes in almost every week. I can always count on getting a decent amount of money from him. However...I am not the only girl he gets dances from so I wouldn't say he is my "regular".

High dollar regs are not important to my money. I do not maintain them. I have one right now though (somehow), and it is an extra 1000 a month. I just view it as extra money and I still work just as hard.
I needed my regs in Vancouver, though. I danced there for one year and it really seemed like they had reg training school up there. Those guys were the best. Thank you Vancouver regs!!!!

I don't really like having regs. It's too much energy to try to keep stringing them along and most of them are a pain in the ass. I'd love to work some touristy place where I'd never have to see the majority of customers again. I'm not much a conversationalist either, I rely much more on simply being good looking and giving good stage performances. Working on it.

i work day shift and regulars are very important. i only have one really decent one right now, and i found out this week that i'm "losing him".

considering how slow it is right now, and that he supplies about 1/2 my total income, i am super worried about this development. there have been quite a few shifts lately where, had he not come in, i would have made less than 20 dollars.

i need new regulars like a mutha.

This 80/20 rule shows up everywhere, doesn't it?
