If you use a gym... When in your schedule do you make time to go there?
Morning? Night? Afternoon?
Directly before or after work? Before or after dinner?
Is it always the same time, or different times every day? Do you schedule it carefully and tell other people you can't (hang out, fulfill another obligation, etc) at that time, or do you just go spontaneously at whatever time is free?
I usually go 3x/week, but I'm really getting into it. I want to be able to get there more than that; trying to schedule around family time, work and other obligations is a little tricky, so I'm interested in other people's responses to this dilemma.
