    Default How do you schedule your workouts?

    If you use a gym... When in your schedule do you make time to go there?

    Morning? Night? Afternoon?

    Directly before or after work? Before or after dinner?

    Is it always the same time, or different times every day? Do you schedule it carefully and tell other people you can't (hang out, fulfill another obligation, etc) at that time, or do you just go spontaneously at whatever time is free?

    I usually go 3x/week, but I'm really getting into it. I want to be able to get there more than that; trying to schedule around family time, work and other obligations is a little tricky, so I'm interested in other people's responses to this dilemma.

    I work out best first thing in the morning. If I get my day going first, then I get busy and I never have time to go to the gym. But if I go when I first wake up, and get a good workout in before breakfast, then I feel terrific all day.

    After class (3:00) mon-thur, and fri., sat., sun,. as soon as I wake up. I wish I could do it before class during the week, but I already wake up at 6:30 as is it, and there is NO WAY that I am getting up any earlier than that.

    ASAP, first tanning then gym. It sets the mood for the day and sometimes Once it's later I'm either too full, to hungry, to busy to workout so morning is the way to go for me.

    I have to go pretty early in the day otherwise it just won't get done....

    As for scheduling your routine....

    carido you can do every day....abs and legs you can do 24 hours a part.....upper body 48 hours apart......

    I do it just about 3-4x/wk right after work.
