Ok, in another thread I posted about how I was gaining weight even though I am in great cardiovascular shape. Several posters suggested I start weight lifting more.
So I did, and that pretty much trumped the weight gain.
I've been doing lots of squats and lunges with weights (via the 30 day shred DVD). My legs are much, much stronger. Overall, I'm getting very cut all over my body in fact (yay!).
But my cellulite has gotten so bad in the past month! It's all over my ass and down to my knees! Is this related to the weight lifting -- the squatting and the lunging -- or is just bad genes?
I hate getting old.![]()

I lost the weight pretty fast due to stress. I guess I have to retone again and it will go away or what?
