Depends on the girl and the situation. I held a girl on the dressing room floor as he problems poured out of her like a dam broke. He thanked me profusely the next day -- it was the thing she needed.

ive done the crying and ive done the hugging/comforting. Im a caring nurturing individual too and when i was dancing in my home club in jersey, there was rarely any drama ( surprise surprise) and everyone genuinely loved each other so if one of us was having a bad night, or was crying, we'd comfort the person who was...

I am a big crier, but when i see girl at the club crying i think either she got ripped off or she's drunk and i stay out of it.
I couldn't imagine crying at work. I have had some HARD times and felt like/come close to crying but just cant do it. I would have to go into a stall or something. If it someone I know I will put a hand on their back and offer condolences and all the other crap. For a stranger I just ask if they need anything and are OK, then I quickly scurry away. If it is a chronic crier or she is very drunk, I just ignore it. A lot of girls start crying when they get drunk.
