I need some advice from all you health nutty folk..
I take vitamins, I eat well - here lately I am just dragging! I work a lot and thats not an unusual thing. I usually pull several double shifts a week and of course I'm sort of tired but here lately it's an effort just to get out of bed!
Suggestions? Do I need to take something or start doing something different? This sort of tiredness is just very unusual for me and as a side note yes, I do take iron - it's in with my regular vitamin routine.
