    Hi Ya girlies.

    I need advice. I want to be a pro, and to look like one for starters. I have great pearly skin, no blemishes. Awesome curly/wavy hair, pretty good upper-body with perky tits. And to say the least I am a face girl. I know that I am very petty. All the above are all things that are often complimented on.

    BUT, I got one big, ass problem. MY BLOODY ASS.

    For a starters, often few, but when the 'suits' come into my strip bar. They seem to like me a bit more than the rest. (Maybe cause I'm the only brasilian girl there who can actually speak fluent English, or maybe they are more of a face type) aside with that...I know i got the 'skills' to dance for the high rollers and keep them interested. With this said, I know I'm better then the place i'm at now. I know i belong at the bigger clubs made for these men-cause i also am not stupid, and NEED to make the money now while I'm still young and fresh.

    Only i also know that the girls in these places are a 'hell' of a competition. And i mean this bodily wise. Plus i wanna go there in the same standard, or even better. SO I know not to feel intimidated, I know there is NO reason what-so-ever that anyone can really say no to me-least not because I'm not as polished as others. So a big ass, with (i ashamed to say-cellulite) is SO a NO NO. Only now I'm truly fed-up and want to move-up a notch.

    Anyways-to the point. The ASS It runs in the family, and i used to be a much bigger girl-So in someways the remaining 'fatty' does not want to budge. Although i admit i do not want to be one of those diet girls. EVER! So all i really need to do is get rid of the cellulite, and TONE up. Not loose the curves, i want to keep it all ( Have aways been know as the big ass girl-I like that)...But I want to trim, and make all the curves curvy-not tad bumpy. I've been told that the big C is one of the bigest pain in the asses ever to rid off.

    SO, i will do whatever it takes...and I'm giving myself a month to two to transform. I need tips.

    I do not want to tan. ( been told it hides some bits and slims you down.)
    I can make it to gym 7 to 5 days a week for an hour, maybe more depending on the day.
    I will not give up my food. But i don't eat that much anyways. (but i promise the shit is going)
    I do not drink, smoke-so none of that is an issue.

    I need to be told exactly what should be done and for how long. The faster the better for me!!! But if anything- I want to hit the X-mas rush wit a new rocking bod. Tips would be lovely. I'm serious about this...I just want to cut to the chaise and not have to do all kinds and find i get no place. I want kick the prob right on the back side from the get go.

    HOW TO RID THE BIG ASS, and its Cs. TONE LEGS AND HIPS MORE?

    How may days gym?
    Hours?
    What Technique, or tips that are specific for that prob?
    Food (according to the stripper way. Cause lets face it we hardly manage three full decent meals a day)
    If I stick to it all...how long would it take for me to achieve my goal?

    Anything would be lovely. thanks.

    we hardly manage 3 decent meals a day? i eat more than that. i eat 4-5 times a day, small meals.

    I'd like to see a picture or at least some measurements and height/weight. Are you sure your ass is really that big of a deal? It seem's like that is the one thing (that every chick has) that they are hung up on and blow the "problem" way out of proportion.

    I meant 'FULL' meals. But small ones can be manageable...but usually I'm in a rush, and don't fancy vegies much. I mean i thought maybe a special-K (Kelloggs) or something cause its dry and easy to munch. I don't want anything heavy, or messy, or that i need to cook. and SO Nothing that makes go loos too much either.

    So what would you recommend?

    Pilates. Heard that was good. Was having a very intimate stare with the word at my gym's classes today. I go for that. It's only a day a week.

    How long do ya guys think...If i'm a good, hard working girl about...it would take for it to look nice. Month? less...more?

    And yes its a deal. I mean, I've been cool about it. and am cool about it. I just know that compare to the girls at the 'up-scale' place...its an issue. ITS BIG, and it does have quite noticeable Cs.

    Above I'm a size 10. Bellow...cause of the ass and thighs. I'm a 14. at times a 12. (UK size)

    "full" meals arent whats best for you. 4-5 SMALL meals a day keeps your metabolism up and you full.

    we cant tell you how fast anything will work for you. you could be 120 pounds or 150 pounds and theres a big difference in how fast you can shape up. not to mention everyone is different.

    If you're moving to a better club - I'd think the lighting will be more flattering. I'd see girls with a lot of cellulite in the dressing room but their skin would look flawless under the lights on the main floor and stages.

    There is lots of advice on cellulite all over SW. Have tried the search function yet?

    Actually. The place I'm at got real nice lights, (see pic.) I've asked two friends who came to see me, and both say that my ass looks OK, (but these are friends, they try to be nice)

    Still, you can still see em a bit with the lighting, I've checked...and been told so. I've learned how to exhibit my ass all in the right ways-And It does go down a treat with the black men. I don't want it to be perfect-perfect. But more unnoticeable for the imperfections. Yeah- i too noticed a few girls (big asses too) who had em in the changing room, none at the stage. But mine still show on stage a lil bit-then i do have a bigger, rouder ass...and thighs to match.

    I like my ass. I just don't like the Cs that can be seen. I want to get to the point that...I'm honestly not feeling that bit (paranoid) about it. I mean, pretty good everywhere else-tummy is all good-which makes my lower bits stick out a bit much.

    I'm also a bit of perfectionist...I want to erase all the reasons to why people would say no...and then...if they do say no...I'm either not their type...or they are blind and thick...and are loosing out. Simple as.

    It would make me feel a hell of a lot better. If anything.

    Anyways. I'm a complete doncky head when it comes to exercising, food and all the above. It's why I'm asking.

    It sounds like your arse is a product of genetics, and unfortunately there's no such thing as spot reduction. Weight shed will be shed from all over, leaving you with an arse that may be smaller, but still large in proportion to your body.

    Most men like a decent-sized butt anyways.

    Lots of water, firm massage, and a mud masque right before leaving for work. Also, I would seriously consider a fake tanner. Hides many sins.

    I eat 6 times a day, lol!

    I always make time to eat, if you are always digesting, you are always metabolizing.

    Also stay away from processed foods, crappy fast food, white flours and sugars, quite a few fruits (too much sugars in them), and stick to lean meats, lean fish, eggs, protein shakes and bars, fresh fruits and veggies, and low starches.

    Water each and every meal and one small glass of FRESH squeezed juice daily.

    How ever much you weigh in pounds, is how many ounces of water you need to drink daily.

    Eat 6 small meals daily with a healthy carb and a protein every meal except the last meal which should be ONLY protein, and no less than 3-4 hours before bed, nothing after that time.

    Do something every day, either gym, or at home; weights or walking.

    My normal routine is 2x week is submission/BJJ class, 2x week stand up/striking class, 2x week weights routine, 4x week conditioning for 30 mins, and every day a 30 min walk with the pooch, not to mention dancing, and I walk up and down my stairs every day for 15 mins.

    Toning up and looking good is 90% diet and 10% exercise.

    ^^ ooh i have to remember that, it was working sooo well and i forgot and stopped taking it when i thought i was pregnant and i started getting more cellulite, where i didnt even have it before.

    Tonalin works, but you have to take it! 2 pills with every meal. ive been doing 1 hour of p90x a day , high protein and 2000kcal a day(balanced), alot of recovery drinks, protein shakes chicken and vegetables. I have a big ass too . In the past the best results i got were when i really focused on my diet. Working out is really important but diet is like 70 percent of your results.

    dry skin brushing works miracles. google it.
    Dove also make a very good lotion that works but it is a specific kind I forgot the name but it cost about $7 and the key ingredient is something like buckthorn wheat. It works!!!!

    theres some sort of laser treatment you can get done on your thighs+ass and after like 5 sessions your cellulite is completely gone... a gf of mine did it but it was like $600/treatment, Ill have to find out the name.

    protein, veggies, lots of water, intense exercise (without over doing it), dry skin brushing, tug and pull on the tissue (hydrate your connective tissue - it's the connective tissue that gets fucked up that causes cellulite).

    I think one of the biggest ways to lose weight if to stop eating any fast food. Also cut out soda. Drink juice!
