Those of you who take some kind of joint supplement, what do you take? I know whatever I take should include glucosamine, but are some products better than others?
Also...besides a supplement, is there anything else you can do to minimize joint deterioration and pain?

I don't have joint issues or pain (knock wood!), but between dancing in the SC and doing ballet/jazz/acro 20-30 hours a week, I should probably be thinking about prevention.
