One of the SW ladies has expressed interest in buying my CLA. However I have never shipped outside the US before, and she's in Canada.
What is the process? How do I find out how much shipping will be? The USPS site is confusing me.

A bottle of CLA will probably be no more than $8 to wherevers in Canada. Send it First Class Mail International. Shipping here can be really cheap...I don't know why USPS makes it so confusing. Just dont go priority or express...that's when it starts to get pricey. And for the love of god, dont ship UPS.
Best bet tho, is go to the post office with the package labelled and ask for the cheapest option to Canada. If you get a nice person, they may even let you send it letter rate.
Oh, and if you do ship as a package (most likely you will), you will have to fill out a customs form listing the contents. Try to avoid words like "pills", "drugs", "pharmaceuticals" or even "vitamins"...just say "non-perishable food supplement" or something. Then your rceiver doesn't have to wait as long while customs rifles through it.
Also, supplementary info...when labelling, if you label it as a gift, then the receiver has no chance of having to pay duty on it. If you dont label it as a gift, but the product was made in the USA or Mexico or is used/secondhand, make sure the customs form states that, because that also will stop the receiver from having to pay duty.
Feature costumes for sale!

OK, thanks.
