I have two or three of Billy Blanks and find them really good with different length workouts and all for different abilities. Believe me you will also get a good cardio workout and definitely feel like you have done a great work out when you have finished.
I used to do a billy blanks one at uni, they are really god and you feel like you have had a good workout.![]()
A Good Girl With Bad Intentions
I used to do that hour long boot camp one. It was pretty hardcore.![]()

yeah, i meant billy blanks. i didnt know there was any other tae bo?
i just dont like when he adds stuff into it.. like a step, or a bar or that stuff. and i hate buying a workout dvd and then never doing it bc i hate it. sometimes i feel like im going to fall over because i cant possibly move my body that fast, too.
so if there are any specific ones, let me know! do you know the names of the ones you have, kitty? i'll look up the boot camp one, tsk. thanks!

tae bo flex is pretty good - although you can't really go wrong with any of them.
I have got the abs and glutes one, one of the 'get ripped' series (taebo II )and my sister has got my other (will find out which it is). I know what you mean about the fast movements, but have found that as I have done the routines I know what is coming next and can keep up more without stumbling.
The routines I have done havent used any props and have still hurt like hell.
Tried the Billy Blanks dvd’s too and wasn’t too into it because it was way to tense for me. It made me feel stressed out after I was done rather than feeling like I released pent up energy or tension along working my bod. I sold them rather quickly on Ebay and bought the Zumba series instead. It’s a much more fun and positive cardio workout!
