often and on a regular basis. What kind of machine is it? I know there's a wide price range of treadmills and some people are very happy with their little motorless treadmill that folds up and stores under the bed... and stays there.

Does anybody have a home treadmill that they use at least 2-3 times per week? What about a stair climber or elliptical machine. I used to looove nordic tracs, so I bought one of craigslist and I stopped using it because I found myself longing for a treadmill. Something about the stride- I would feel like working out, but not on that machine!!! What a waste!

What does anybody have at home that they love and use all the time?

I think you should buy a machine that YOU will use regularly ;P

If I didn't have a gym membership I'd buy both an elliptical and treadmill. But a cheap elliptical because I only use this machine for an easy daily cardio. And a nice treadmill because I use this machine for intense interval training 2x week. I also don't exercise outdoors because its either too damn hot, raining, or freezing.

But if you don't mind running outside maybe an elliptical would suit your needs? Also, maybe a 'hideaway' peice of equiptment is not the best choice if you're not on a routine...ie out of sight out of mind.

I have two pieces that may qualify as 'workout machines' that I use regularly.

Number one is my stripper pole. You are familiar with that

Number two is an inversion table

I do crunches and squats on it, and it gets rid of my stripper heel back pain.

TOTAL GYM, and I LOVE it!!!!!

I use it about 30 mins every night when I get home from work, in addition to going to the gym with my trainer.

I got mine at a yard sale for $150 and it was well worth it, IMO. I also went to their web site and got the extra bar that they sell for adding plates onto it, and it makes a HUGE difference. Hubby only uses it, and he's ripped as fuck!

And you know it's a good thing if Chuck Norris says so, lol!
