I took one of my blog posts down. It might have been too much,. I dunno. I"ll put it back up. I don't want to sound like I'm trying to SELL stuff. AT least not yet! I might save that particular blog for another day.




I like it tooI'm going to search now how many ounces in a litre because that water article interested me. Also what are the problems with drinking too much water?
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.





^^ Cool. Maybe I'll add that in the blog - how many ounces in a liter. I think it's like 33.33 oz in a liter but I'll have to re check.
OK, I just re-posted "You are What You Eat." Let me know if I should take that down - shorten it, state it all differently. I keep putting this one up and then down. And then up. And then down. Now it's back up. haha. I'm a dork.




No keep it, all this food/body stuff really interests me because I'm a big believer in thinking that the foods we eat have a huge impact on our health. I just emailed you too about the metabolic typing questionnaire, as I'd be interested to do it.

This is the just the slightest thing ... but your blog would feel so much better if you but a break in between the end of a post and where people can email you. The way a post ends, has the letter directly after, then starts a new one just squishes everything and it would flow better spaced out.

Also ... just read the entry regarding the MELT classes. I'm going to google these for Salt Lake. I think I want to try one. I'm in constant back/neck pain because of my heavy travel schedule ( not matter how light I pack, just lifting luggage everwhere is hell on me ).
i had a blog on blogger for a while, but no one read it so i deleted it its hard to get a following on that site!
I checked it out. I got a lot out of it.





^^ Melt is the bomb. Melt is really only in NYC right now. But it'll really branch out over the next year. But, you should be able to purchase the roller/balls online now. The dvd will be out by the end of the year.
And I think I got the spacing better. There's less squishing.

I did it! I wish that MELT thing was in NJ! Or at least not so far north in NYC! It sounds great.
Can I ask you about the salt? I use Kosher salt. Is that better than table salt? As good as sea salt?
