well it's kept me from falling asleep...
What!? I've gotta go look, now!
Promote yourself and earn more money! This is a business that is owned by strippers for strippers. Let's make that money!
I only saw one person not an army. But I am watching on a Fox video stream. Maybe they censored the army.

When they were chanting U-S-A over and over for no apparent reason it was to chant over demonstrators. On ABC they showed the protestors but they may not have on all channels. Last night I watched Palin's speech on PBS and they did not show the protestors. I had to read about it later.

I saw nothing. I do think it extremely rude, no matter how good you think your cause is, to interrupt an acceptance speech.

I wonder if they are with Ron Paul's group. The people from last night were said to be with him. I couldn't see. One guy tonight had an anti-Mc Cain sign that they tried to take but he didn't get the boot. So I'm not sure if it was organized or random.

I will vote for McCain but I thought his speech was a few degrees below lukewarm. I got way more fired up over Palin's.

Wow! Thanks for the link. It said that Mc Cain wouldn't meet with the Vets who wanted to share their experiences in Iraq. I'm surprised. I figured this is exactly the group he wanted to help--Iraqi vets.
This one guy was discharged last year and they had the balls to recall him. Good grief!
Does anybody know who the other protesters were?

The one I saw was a lady who was being fairly disruptive and going toward the stage. She was restrained and taken out. Looked like she lost her banner and her jacket in the process. She was not well-behaved.
Sure thing about the link. No problem. They are a great group and I am happy to have the chance to promote them.
As for other groups I saw one of those pink shirt women. I forget their group name. One woman held up a sign and some younger republican guy snatched it out of her hands and about knocked her over but she kept herself from falling and then ripped open a top shirt to display a pink one with protest wording on it. Then she was dragged very roughly out and I am sure arrested for disturbing the peace.

So these were all individuals. That's frickin ballsy! I would love to go protest! Yeah, I know it's rude but I would love to do it because it disrupts the canned show. I wish conventions were the same as they used to be with shouting and debate and passion! In England they debate like their lives depend on it.

If it would be fair to disrupt McCain's speech with passionate protest, it would be fair to disrupt Obama's for the same reason. I don't believe we want to go there, and frankly, it impedes their own right to speak and my desire to hear what they have to say. The protesters have plenty of space and air time elsewhere to make their points.
