    Default What Kind Of Excercise??

    I know there's a tooon of working out posts, but I'm just going to apologize now and blame it on lack of time to search through them all! (I did try and take a peek.)

    I've never really ever worked out consistently in my past so there's a lot of knowledge that I don't quite have. I just wanted to get answers from people that personally know instead of some website ya know?

    So basically my goal is to lose all the excess fat, and mostly just tone the hell outta my body. I don't wanna gain too much muscle though. I want one of those perfectly skinny bodies. Not anorexic looking, just realllly slim all over. Arms, stomach, and legs. (My ass needs help too cuz it and the thighs are cellulite central. :[ ) As far as eating is concerned, I eat really healthy and am not really interested in changing the diet. I've stayed a consistent weight for a long time and just wanna put the exercise moves in effect!

    I'm 5'7" and weigh around maybe 142 so I won't have a problem doing all of this in a decent amount of time, I just need help compiling an everyday exercise routine.

    So thanks to all the ladies who help out in advance. I'm also attaching a picture of what kind of body type I'm looking for. I'm stressing the non muscle look! lol Thanks!!

    For that look, you need a lot of cardio (running, elliptical, etc) and light strength training for tone.

    Yoga, Pilates, etc would be perfect.

    What's your starting point? Are you naturally an ectomorph like the girl in the pic?

    Delicate Built Body
    Flat Chest
    Fragile
    Lean
    Lightly Muscled
    Small Shouldered
    Takes Longer to Gain Muscle
    Thin

    Go to this site and describe your body so we know what you're working with. For example, I'm a mixture of ecto and meso. Also, I'd posted the Muscle with Attitude site which has really good information on training for women.
