I'm sure you have decent boobs, but if you get implants they just have to relieve the tension inside your breasts so your implants don't look tuberous. They do that a number of ways.

This can't be real..
seriously?
If I looked like that,I most certainly would not show my breasts in public!!!

^^^Those broads do have terrible boob jobs but I'd be the last to tell them. Those bitches will whoop anyone's ass.

I have some respect for these ladies. I wouldn't in a million years show my boobies if they were too look like that. No self image issues there. Go girls.

I would think it would be hard to have normal looking fakies with that much muscle in your chest...?

^^yeah, the muscle makes them look worse than they actually are.
My ex's mother is a body builder..she's beastly!
I have alotta respect for them though, takes a lot of hard hard work to look like that.

there was a feature in Canada I think it was Grace Harlow?? that did quite well and had the uniboob thing going on - she would tell everyone she had them done that way on purpose...go figure. something about a tube keeping them connected in the middle - yah, ok?
But on the other hand some chicks have boob jobs that you can drive a car thru the space in the middle waaaaaay to far apart and to me that looks just as freaky.
someone mentioned here, that - what you have going in? is what you get coming out - just bigger. its the truth. (unless your surgeon is a vet)
if the broad has no existing tissue too? they end up looking pretty bad, all round and creepy.

Never explain yourself to anyone, because the person who likes you doesn't need it and the person that dislikes you won't believe it.

If you have no existing tissue but don't go too big then you can still get a fairly natural result, the problem comes with surgeons using entirely the wrong size and type of implants for the patient (or often the patient demanding the wrong size and type of implant). Came across another bad boob job today that goes to show money doesn't necessarily buy the best results:

Her's aren't really as bad as they look in that picture. I went on a search and found some shots from the book.

She's actually hot.

i had something similar happen with my first boob job. i went from an A to a C with very tight skin. no pregnancies etc. , 20 years old.
it wasn't like this out of surgery but the medial pectoral muscle popped up (that's why the center raised). it can be a combination of too much pressure for the skin and lifting something while recovering (which was my case--since things seemed ok for a couple weeks post surgery). my dr. had to reduce my cc's to a smaller C and stitch the medial muscle down.
so if you decide on breast implants (especially under the muscle) don't rush your recovery or lift anything for a month (even if it's a half gallon of milk). it's not worth having to redo the surgery to correct it and start recovery all over again.
