Hi ya dolls![]()
Okay now I'm usually soo on top of my workouts and diet but for the past week I haven't wanted to workout nor really stay on my diet.
I didn't eat really really bad but I've had a few sodas this week and maybe once or twice I ate out and had ice cream last night. As for my workouts the only day I worked out was on Thursday and I felt great and ready to start up again but with me going back to college and working full time that I was just too dang tired.
My question is have any of you felt this way and did what I did? I'm going to hit the gym today and go back on my diet cause I can totally feel a bit of a weight gain but I don't know if I'm alone who goes thru this and feel guilty for not going![]()
