I do too, its horrible
been wanting to try this : http://www.hylexin.com/

I have pretty dark circles, too. It doesn't help that I'm pale and my sleep habits are for shit. One of my female friends bought me some of that StriVectin SD eye contour cream for my birthday. I've only been using it for 2 days so obviously no amazing results yet. It wasn't cheap but I'm pretty sure it was cheaper then the price it says on the site. I think she got it at Sephora.

waffles are just pancakes with little squares on them.
Rock them. I have them too, but I call them my "vamp circles". To me, they make eyes look sexy--like you've been up all night fucking! And they definitely add to the whole "bedroom eyes" appeal. Benicio Del Toro has them----and he is gorgeous. So did Sophia Loren in lots of her earlier pictures. I figure if they are good enough for Sophia, then they are good enough for me!Plus, I think a certain depth of facial structure is lost when the undereye gets spackled over. Embrace the circles!

Haha really? I thought they were the bain of feminine existance, at least one of them. I never found a cream that worked on them. I think the only surefire
remedy is tons of sleep and tons of water and a good diet.

okay now don't laugh but I just got done reading the new cosmo and they just said to put 2 thin slices of potato underneath your eyes for about 10 minutes. They said that potatoes contain skin lightening enzyme that helps temporarily reduce sallowness.
I just did it and it did work so it might work for you
i have heard from many people that putting preparation H helps with bags under eyes. not sure if this helps.

Dark circles are caused by many things: heredity, lack of sleep, hormonal levels, allergies, and lack of or sometimes excess of certain things in one's diet.
Mine seem to be 1) lack of sleep (still not off the baby cycle yet) and 2) heredity/falling cheeks due to age. Honestly, I have been doing facial excercises and they seem to help as much as anything else I've tried.
**PREPERATION H WILL PROBABLY NOT WORK ANYMORE. For some reason, the U.S. version does not have whatever ingredient that was in it that helped/ it has been replaced with something that is dangerous for one's facial skin. HOWEVER, I have heard that the Canadian version is still the same and effective. So I guess if one can get it from Canada, you're all good. YMMV, of course.
Vitamin K is supposed to be good for dark circles also. There are a few drugstore serums with this in it. I have not tried; maybe something to look into.
Make sure you aren't having an allergic reaction. That seems to be some people's major cause.

And finally, someone on makeup alley has been passing this around for a long time. I DID NOT WRITE THIS (lol):
"Homemade Circle Buster recipe: Go to your grocery store. Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (Knox, for example) Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one Tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off. I worked in a day spa & this was our "Circle Buster" Treatment. Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles. The day spa where I worked charged $60 for this treatment (but they put rose petals on your eyelids), and it wasn't until after I quit, that I found out what was in those little white packets!"
Hope something helps. This is one of those almost-unsolvable problems, unfortunately.
P.S. I'm going to try this also when I have the extra money: http://www.puritycosmetics.com/EyeCream.html
