I've lost 40 of my 60 pounds (I know, it was a lot to gain, but I wasn't allowed to exercise at all due to a complication with my placenta, long story) through breastfeeding alone. I have yet to do anything other than take a leisurely walk 2, maybe 3 times a week, if that, and my only diet has been to restrict gluten, soy and eggs, but that's just due to her food sensitivities, not for weight loss purposes. It's aaalllll about the breastfeeding.

Shes 5 months old now - but I lost the majority of that within the first 3 months. I'm at a bit of a stall now with the last 20, but considering how effortlessly the first 40 went just due to lactation alone, I know once I have the time to actually commit to a bit of real, regular exercise & start to moderate my food a little more, I should be good.
