Anybody want to work along with me? I figure I'll pick one crap food/drink and try to cut it out of my diet. If after 2 weeks I have gone without it, I will move on to the next crap item to cut out of my diet.
However, if I slip up and have the crap item, I must start my 2 weeks countdown again. ONLY after I have been successful for 2 weeks can I move on to my next item.
I figure it's a way to kick off my eating better plan (baby steps!) I'm also going to buy a jump rope today
My first crap item I will be cutting out is: soda!
If I get to Tuesday, September 23rd without any soda, I can move on.
This would be a great support thread if people would join me![]()

I as well will allow an occasional soda, but right now the addiction is so strong I can't stop at one, so I need to go cold turkey for now.
