It is 3 am and I still have not fallen asleep. I have been up since 4AM yesterday. I feel like shit and I need to sleep.
I took 50 mg of tylenol PM (diphenhydramine) an hour ago. It is not working. I already feel dizzy and woozy because I haven't slept and i feel like I have the flu, so i can't even tell if it's working.... but it's probably not because i'm alert enough to type this.
Should I take melatonin?? Melatonin will knock me out in 20 minutes. Is it bad to take both ??
