Hehe I've seen the first episode!!!!

Hehe I've seen the first episode!!!!
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

It hasn't!! I saw a sneaky preview!!

I saw it too! I don't want to wait to see the next episode,I want it nowwww

Love Dexter!

OK warning SPOILER. Do not scroll down if u dont want to see it.
I am not impressed with his girlfriend being pregnant. I can see where they are going with it, he will wonder if the kid will turn out like him. However, I hope the story line doesn't turn all boring and family oriented. I find his girlfriend really boring LOL.

Isn't he HOT???
Love the show and cannot wait for the new season to start!!! Will gladly wait a bit and hunker down with some treats to watch...

^^
I guess. She is just so nice and boring and sweet. I cant stand it LOL.

I can't watch this show. I still think of the actor as a really sweet gay mortician.
Look like a woman
Think like a man
Act like a lady
Work like a dog

Haha. It is kind of hard to think of him as straight. In the last season, I kept thinking he and the black cop would hook up because of that. Did anyone else notice the sexual tension? haha jk
As for Rita, she became a lot less boring with all that sex they've been having! hot. Although, I don't like the idea of her being pg either.
And his character is evolving to be a much more emotioanlly aware guy, and I don't know if I like that. I liked him being all cold inside and not really "feeling" anything. He was so much more interesting then.
I still love the show, and I cannot wait for episode 2!!

the voice of the yelllow m&m too? YO he is PAID!!!!
Oh Oz was amazing, and in the Spiderman movies, I kept expecting him to shank or ass rape someone. hahaha
Typing that down makes me feel twisted.

So, what did everyone think of the premiere? Hard to tell where they'll go this season, but the Jimmy Smits character is going to be interesting. I predict he soon discovers Dexter's secret and will actually want to help him, not knowing what really happened at the dope dealer's house.
The emphasis on Dexter's increasing comfort and happiness with Rita and the kids feels like a set-up for tragedy. The scene where she was making pudding while reading the brochure had the feel of a horror movie scene, just before the killer jumps out from behind... Foreshadowing?
Not quite sure how I feel about Deb's haircut.

I liked Dexter a lot better as a sociopath. He's all lovey-dovey, vigilante now. It was creepy when he acted normal, but didn't feel anything. And I loathe Rita.
And does she do anything but make breakfast?? Ack!! Every episode.
I don't think I'm going to watch the third season. Dexter just seems like a regular dude that kills bad guys now. I've seen that. Yawn.

dexter for life!
get it? i'm good at irony.

Good to know I'm not alone on this. Can't explain why; it just makes me... uncomfortable.
But we've only seen one episode! Before the season is through, I bet we're going to see any illusion of normalcy Dexter has completely shattered, with serious consequences. I doubt Rita will live to have her baby.
Also, Dexter's exhilaration after his first spontaneous killing may be a hint of something to come... Until now, he has only killed other killers. Could we eventually see him dispense with his code, becoming wholly evil?
Anyone read the books? I understand they roughly parallel the series, with a couple major differences.

thats a good point that u made. he killed someone who could have been totally innocent. they seemed to be making the point that because the guy was a drug addict that he wasn't innocent - i didn't really agree with that. but you could def be right about this.
i hope he does get more evil rather than more of a good guy that kills bad guys - thats been done to death.
