I don't know how many people have bought, and used this, but it is one of the best work-out videos EVER! It's a 6-week cardio boot-camp, which consists of a 5 minute warm-up, 20 minute work-out, and 5 minute cool down. Unlike a lot of fitness dvd's, this one has real overweight people, which I believe are Biggest Loser contestants. It's a tough workout, but the exercises are simple, and not complicated to do. Anyone looking for a good fitness dvd should give it a try...I bought mine at Best Buy.![]()
