Here is a good basic pole dancing routine I like. This type of routine is really all you need, and even then, not that perfect. Just slow sensuous moves.

I rub Vitamin E oil onto the stretchmarks on my hips and breasts nightly and it helps a bit. You can also use green concealer if you have red stretchmarks, yellow for purple, and normal concealer for clear stretchmarks.

Those with the front secure clasp like this: https://www.leatherandheels.com/discolite-709.html

are so much better than open toe shoes IMO. https://julbie.com/6-clear-black-platform-slide-heels/

I kept launching my open toe shoe in the public hahaha and having to collect the shoe right after difficult pole moves. Tend to stretch out over time (in my experience) I was so embarrassed picking the shoe up on stage from a customers chair. Thank god nobody was in that chair each time. Boots are awesome IMO.

I went through a massive knee high boot phase and felt like a queen.

Hi all! I'm new to the forum, but somewhat not that new for the "adult" sector.. due to my profession, I've been trying to understand better what are some of the dancing techniques of some strippers. Now, I'm actually willing to join a dance club just for learning that... but honestly, I'm not willing that much to be in public.. just to perform and get some of the dancing techniques.. does anyone know a place around Alberta (Canada) where I can join and get better on my stripper dancing techniques?

It depends where you are dancing - e.g. Australia is very different to the US, and even clubs within a country can change dramatically!
