Default calcium deposit? bonespur? what is it?

ok, so i've noticed the last few months whenever i'm on my knees, usually during class floorwork, i feel like i have a small rock on my right kneecap. i can't feel it otherwise, ONLY when i'm on my knees.

now, i have tendonitis/bursitis in both knees, this doesn't feel related at all.

it's driving me NUTS! i want to go in, have my knee opened and have it filed down or something! lol

    anyone else have this?

I have that happen occasionally. It typically goes away after a bit, though I've had it numerous times. I have no idea what it is, but it hurts like a bitch.

I have something like that on my foot. I don't know what it is called, and I don't know that it's the same as what you are experiencing. But I've broke my foot twice in the same spot within a year. The tendon is still swollen and I have a really hard knot on the inside of my foot. My doctor said I have to have surgery on it eventually... the more I am on my feet the more it tends to hurt. I wanna say my doctor said it's a calcium deposit but I'm not sure... it's been about two years since the last time I went to the doctor for it, and I'm waiting for health insurance through work to kick in so I can go back and figure out what to do to get it all better. It hurts like a sonofabitch though!
