    Default end of shift hustle

I don't think this has been posted before, but it's possible.

So, at the end of the shift (regardless of what time it is), would it be okay to just going around basically being a 'wannadance' girl? I figure might as well go home super-tired with more money than not. Then again, if the customers come back, would they see you as the desperate 'wannadance' girl and not buy dances?

Just curious, think this would be a good idea or no?
Maybe saying something like, 'I'm going home! This is your last chance to have me rub all over you!'

    ^I've used both lines.

Most times I say, "the night is almost over, I want YOU to be my last dance of the night" big smiles.."so lets go"

I don't see why not. Maybe you could use the 'remember how much fun we had last time' when you do see them again. Just don't give them half assed dances because it's nearly closing time, or you will probably regret it later.

Thanks! But mmm, maybe I should be more specific...

Think this would work in a small club where girls sit with customers for like an hour? (Ugh. I know.) I hate to switch after just three weeks, so I'm desperate...

Of course you have to walk around and say "Heyy... it's almost closing time, last chance for a dance with me, I promise you will leave with a huge smile on your face"

Again, this is an end of the night hustle. Who cares if they are still sitting around. Jump around those last 20-30min and SELL, SELL, SELL!

Don't remind that them that you are going home. That's just going to open the door to waste your time by saying something stupid like, "can I go?" "What you doing when you get home, want company" or some other corny bs.

If there enough people in my club (eg. it's Sat night, not Mon night) I will do the "wanna dance" hustle but with a more witty line.
Come bid on my first eBay auction!!!!

I automatically go into wanna dance mode at the end of the night. I think the energy shifts in the room anyway when people realise its near closing time. I alway ask "I'd like to do my last dance of the night for you" and act as if you just had to give them specifically that golden opportunity to be your last customer.
Create a sense of urgency as if its the last chance they will ever get.

Regardless of the time(i work days/mids sometimes) about a half hour before my shift is over, I ask everyone for a dance. If they say maybe later, I tell them "Well I'll be leaving in a half hour-don't think on it too long or you'll miss me!

I like CK's line. I might have to try the "its getting late, and i want YOU to be my last dance of the night!"

But the sense of urgency is a POWERFUL tool. We rely on the impulse spending, and its hard to create that impulse when its perceived that we'll just be sitting around waiting for htem. Isn't this why some girls use the 'well I don't know how busy i'll be later, i have a few people coming to see me" type of hustles?

i don't know what it's like to end a shift while the club is still opened, but I do know that the end of the night is a sacred tool.

when I have custies that I can tell A) can't control their spending or B) becoming cash strapped I tell them to come in 1/2 hour before close. That way the custie can relax and let the bar rules force him to be disciplined in his spendings.

This works really well. I always dance the last song of the night and am most often the ONLY girl still dancing at my club on the slowest nights. It also builds regular loyalty as they appreciate your concern for them.

A reg that leaves the club disgruntled because they are broke is less likely to return. Encouraging moderation has always worked out in my favor in the long run.

I have about 12 guys that 'fight' to spend that last 4-10 songs with me and yes, usually they have to wait or miss out on me, but wow are they loyal.

I LOVE when that happens. It's even better when they want to believe that we really wont' be as busy as we claim by the end of the night..I've had guys following me around begging for me to dance for them at the end of the night...lmao..sorry baby, you had your chance and missed out.
