Have you tried progressive relaxation? It's really helped my anxiety by making me aware of where I hold tension in certain parts of my body. The cliff notes version is you purposely tense/clench different muscle groups one at a time from your head to your toes, then purposely relax them. By doing it on purpose, it makes it easier to recognize when you do it inadvertantly. I've found I tense up my cheeks, jaw, and gluts a lot when I'm nervous.
Also, facials/steams are fabulous for getting your face to relax.





I rather not do Botox. Esp. since I don't have any lines there. But I do feel some serious tension there & I make a face that looks mad all the time. lol.

Do you mean like you are scrunching your face? I had a teacher tell us to walk around the house with tape on our face (like between your eyes) so you are aware when you are using those muscles and you can train yourself not to.





Give yourself a face massage.
^works for me everytime i needs some temp relief
