Default dumb question RE writing a performing arts resume

So i'm getting ready to audition for apprenticeships at a few aerial dance companies, and now i have to write a resume for myself. What do i include? Is it ONLY performances I've done? IS there a good format for it? Over the years i've had several different dance formats with several dance instructors, but many of these haven't culminated in a performance. I have probably 2-3 weeks before this first audition. Performing arts majors, how did you do yours?

I have my BFA in dance.....

I would write it like this

    High School 123, 1996-2000

    Dance Academy 123, 1986-2000
Special Areas of study: ballet, pointe since 1994; jazz, structured and lyrical

    Dance Company123, 1998-2000
Performed under the direction of XYZ dance company in their student division

    2000-2005, University 123
Special areas of study coreography, modern dance specializing in Horton Technique, studied under so and so, so and so, and so and so

    2000-2001 Performance XYZ,
freelanced for company XYZ, modern dance performance

    2001-2002, Performance group XYZ
performed as a dancer in several undergrad pieces for college XYZ

    2004-2005 Taught at company XYZ
Taught division x and division y students

That's how I've done mine in the past if you want more info PM me I just don't want to post the specific companies and universities I went to, although it's probably obvious due to where I'm from LOL.

So you don't reference specific pieces? Is there a proper way to word any special attention I was given, IE solos or pas de deux within larger works?

    ^^^

Are you saying you did like one piece with a company? Or that you just want to highlight a solo or pas in a particular piece?

If you were with the company I would write it like

    2000-2002, XYZ dance company

    Highlights:

2001, Swan Lake. Performed as Odile (I wish lol!)

If you were a guest artist with them, you can add a segement at the bottom of your resume such as

2002: Guest Artist with Company XYZ

    Highlights:

Solo in BLAHBLAH, choreographed by blah blah.

    Does that make sense?

I would use the phrase "cast in role of" to describe that. You're not saying you performed, but that you were cast in that roll.

Exciting I haven't danced in forever! There's an amazing ariel ballet in Baraboo WI of all places.

Ultimately what is going to matter is your audition, you know? So just write your resume to the best of your abilites, and remember exaggeration as long as it is not too over the top is fine and everybody does it.

    ahahha thanks.

None of these pieces were that major, like ballet roles. THey were shorter solos within original pieces, with the department of a college. So I'd like to highlight the fact that I was an "elite" student there, and was held to higher standards. But its not something like a ballet role that can be explained.

The injured one was also not a ballet with regimented "roles". So i can't really say i was cast as, when it was a group performance, with minimal solos/castes.
