Default Have you ever dated a customer

My sister was complaining how she never meets any new people at work. She's a grant accountant..... and then I thought about my profession and well it's a bit different

Many veterans will say it's usually a bad idea to date men that go to the club. But with all the men that come in and out of a club, we sure do have alot of choices

I was always in a relationship when I worked in the club.

A guy I met the first week I started became one of my best friends. He's totally not a strip club guy though.

Went out with a couple younger guys (when I was younger) but it was mainly out of boredom and they weren't in the club regularly.

Never dated an old fart. lol.

Yeah, but y ou have to remember that many of the men who come into the club are there for much more than to kick back and relax. They are coming to fill a void in their life. I mean, come on...there has to be something wrong with you if you have to pay a woman to touch you, laugh at your jokes, and spend time with you.

Don't get me wrong, I do believe that there are some good guys out there..but it's like picking a needle out of a haystack. Your odds of meeting that sane guy is pretty fucking rare.

I have. It was fun, we stay in touch (he moved). However, it was not a decision I took lightly. He was an exceptional man and I've not met another like him.

I went on a date with a customer once. It was my first week dancing, I was lonely, and he was lonely. He spent $400 on me and barely touched me, and we had a conversation about the best places to eat in town. Told me that his wife had left him two years ago and he had never gotten over her. This resonated in the sympathy section of my hindbrain, and I agreed that we should go on a date together.

Fast forward to the date. Great little Italian place. Decent conversation, interspersed with a few gems. He is excited, having always wanted to go on a date with a "bad girl." Well. Never knew that I qualified before. Do I have any tattoos? Uh, you saw me naked. No tattoos. Disappointment on his part and - naked? You were naked? Uh, yeah. Oh... I didn't realize it. Didn't look. I am increasingly thinking that I don't get this guy. He then expresses a hope that one day, I will give him back his $400 in a little envelope which will show how much he really means to me. Right. I'll be mulling over that serious possibility.

Go back to my place. I had washed the sheets that afternoon and neglected to put them back on the bed, thinking - eh, there'll be none of that tonight. Wrong! We start making out. He has bad breath. He takes off his shirt and pants, leaving only the lovely boxers-and-socks combination to cover his nakedness. Eventually he takes off the boxers too, leaving only the socks. I am not aroused. He goes down on me and I suffer a bit. He humps my mattress pad excitedly. ShazzAM! He cums on my mattress pad and says, "Darn. I guess I wasn't meant to penetrate you tonight." I reassure him that I'm fine with that, which I am, and he leaves blathering on about how he'd like to try again some other night. Go next door to my neighbor/best friend's room and we both start giggling. And giggling. (Walls are thin.) We conclude that I have been a bit too desperate lately.

Lesson learned: Always put the sheets back on. Always.

    wow, thats a funny story
These days I like to count my money. I like to wash it delicately and iron it. Sometimes I dry it with some bounty to make it all nice and cuddly. I love my money... did I say that out loud?

Yes the guy I've been dating on and off for about a year I met there. He was with his friends and sitting in the corner texting and waiting to leave the whole time and looked super bored, and I had to stay 30 more minutes before my 5 hrs were up so I just went and sat by him and we ended up going out to dinner and mini golfing the next week. And next thing I knew we were dating.

I've been married my entire stripping career, so no. Honestly, I can't say if I was single that I wouldn't have dated a customer. I've met some cuties!

Exclamation Re: Have you ever dated a customer

    Only once and never again.

He was just a dumb punk ass kid beneath his shiny Armani suit (I'm SUCH a sucker for a man that looks good in a suit) and fat wads of cash and *fake* shy personality. The date lasted all of twenty minutes before I realized he was not worth my time. Feigned sickness and went home. Probably my third worst date of all time.

I've very badly wanted to date another custie (after the incident mentioned above) as he seemed very genuine and nice and hot but I just couldn't bring myself to do it after that other date. Much to my chagrin tho . . . it still kinda stings all this time later . . .

I would say this about club regulars, but lots of guys just come in a couple times a year with their buddies and I wouldn't put them in this category.

There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.

Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

it seems that the OP's problem (judging by the other posts as well), is that she doesn't really view it as a job yet, but rather as a place to dance for cute boys and get dates. That is also probably why she only averages $25/hour

Once with great results ( a lifelong, respectable friend)

Once with eternal regret (he is a psychopath)

    50/50 odds there. YMMV.
