Most mornings I have a smoothie made with juice or milk some fruit and protein powder. Or Oatmeal with nuts and raisins and protein powder. Today it was egg whites scrambled with spinach and a wedge of Laughing Cow Lite cheese. You will find me eating that 6 days a week.
But one day I week, I have whatever I want. Probably something like pancakes or fried potatoes or bagel w/ cream cheese or waffles or doughnuts and coffee.
I'm being very strict with my diet right now, so I make sure to eat clean 6 days a week.

Oh eggs benedict..YUM! Theres a place near my house that makes it with spinach instead of canadian bacon...SO good. Maybe we'll have to go to brunch this weekend. Havent been in a while and they are really cheap and you get a ton of food...big portions plus home fries,toast,coffee...damn now I'm hungry.
pancakes, bacon, cheese eggs, hash browns I have it almost every morning

Most people make breakfast a minor meal, and later meals are larger in nutrient content. When physical labor was much more common, people would have a much larger breakfast. I sort of think breakfast should be larger and supper smaller, but I am not sure which method is better.
I have hot oatmeal or cold (low cost) cereal, occasionally eggs (scrambled, with skim milk and low fat cream cheese), coffee and some sort of juice, like orange or a multi-veggie one. Sometimes I will walk a mile to a diner and have a 'regular'. I need to have something to get me started.
Cold cereal normally costs way too much now, so I go deep discount. What used to cost $2 a couple of years ago now costs $4 with little justification other than greed and opportunity. I'm not feeding Post, Kelloggs General Mills, Quaker profit machine, I'm feeding my body.
Seems like I always have something to say....
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

I usually have left overs or whatever I can find in the fridge. This morning I had a Ring Ding. Yum! I eat my cake in the morning!!!

organic yerba mate or coffee.
ezekial toast with either tofutti cream cheese (sometimes with hummus and tomato) or maranatha peanut butter (sometimes with ricemellow creme).
maybe some fruit.
I love yolks...they're the best part IMO! But you can separate eggs and just cook the whites pretty easily:

I usually make the frozen, pre-packaged ones like pictured on the right side. They can come in blueberry, potato... and my favorite, cottage cheese. I put sour cream on mine... yummy.

I'm one of those types that can't eat first thing when I wake up. Maybe a banana or an apple and some coffee. Then a couple hours later I'll eat something a bit more substantial. LOVE grits, if they're not the instant kind.
waffles are just pancakes with little squares on them.
Cottage cheese pancakes.
3 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp oil
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
Blend eggs first, add cottage cheese, then the rest. Cook, and serve with fresh berries.
On my crappy-eating days, I make pumpkin-apple oven pancakes or morning-after bread.

^ that actually sounds really good, I'll be adding that to my recipe book.
