egg white veggie omelet, whole wheat toast, some fruit, and home fries. with lots of black pepper hot sauce and tons of ketchup. with a big glass of oj
i love a chai tea with it too.
and to everyone talking about why do you take out the yolk, i just honestly dont like the taste of yolk at all, not one bit. even when i eat hard boiled i take it out and just eat the white.
I eat the same thing for breakfast every day for like 3-4 months, then I change it up and eat that breakfast every day for the next 3 months, is that weird?
So at home I drink a cup of diet hot cocoa, one of those little cups of applesauces, (like you put in your kids lunchbox), and a bowl of cold cereal with Almond Breeze(it's like soy milk, made from almonds). Right now I am working my way through a box of Honeycomb, but last week it was Strawberry Chex, so I mix it up a little lol
If I go out for breakfast I usually order an egg white omlet with an english muffin or if I plan on ordering pancakes, I bring my own low cal syrup with me!

I like to eat a bigass serving of protein for breakfast. Salmon, snapper, mussels, scallops, chicken breasts, turkey breasts, whole eggs, or lean steak all do the trick, usually raw, or as close to raw as I can get it. (obviously I don't eat raw poultry) Then I have a mound of vegetables - peppers, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, or whatever, cooked in a little enova oil. I have jalapenos on the side, to nibble on while I'm eating. Sriracha sauce all over the place, too.
Wash it down with a cuppa, gulp a handful of vitamins, and I'm good to go!



^ damn i can't do all that in the morning.
I know one thing for sure though, i'll always have my two big ass cups of coffee with whatever i have for breakfast.

If I don't have to work that day, a bloody mary or a mimosa. Irish steel cut oatmeal w/honey & bananas or, granola w/berries and coffee are my norm.

As usual, I'm more or less incapable of eating healthy. My average breakfast consists of:
1 bowl of sugary childrens cereal such as Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, or Froot Loops.
1 can of diet (cherry) Coke
Otherwise I might have a couple slices of toast, sometimes with peanut butter, or if I get ambitious I might make scrambled eggs (what's with this egg whites only stuff?! I <3 yolk) with cheese.
As for drinks in the morning, I am all about diet coke in the summer and a rediculously strong cup of Earl Grey in the winter, perhaps with a hint of lemon.
