I was wondering if anybody had tried the South Beach Diet? I've been eating well and excercising regularly...I lost 5 or so lbs about 6 weeks ago and now I havent lost anymore.
If you have done the diet:
How long were you on it?
What types of things did you eat?
How much did you loose during the first two weeks ?
How much did you loose total
What was your starting weight (optional)

I had some leftover that I took home and I did add some low fat mozz to it. Also had the ricotta dessert, string cheese, handful of pistachio's, and sashimi and edamame.
