I would like to know too....
"Life and death, energy and peace. If I stop today it was still worth it. Even the terrible mistakes that I made and would have unmade if I could. The pains that have burned me and scarred my soul, it was worth it, for having been allowed to walk where I've walked, which was to hell on earth, heaven on earth, back again, into, under, far in between, through it, in it, and above."

Arent there alternatives to shaving that are virtually painless? Because it sound like you girls are going thru unnecesary suffering if such options exist...

It would help if you'd post pics of yourself with stubble, razor burn, and your breasts. Then we can make an educated decision.

Brendita, I noticed you have your hair in pigtails in your avatar. Would you happen to have any school girl outfit pics with your hair like that?

Back in the days, all the strippers had nice, pretty triangles of pubic hair. Then, a few began to shave. It was different and exciting, so they banked. This made all the other girls shave too. Now everybody is shaven.

I think that if a girl went natural today, she would be exciting and different, and she would bank.

I didn't vote, because I don't like stubble and I cringe when I see razor burn. I like a nice, smooth pussy that does not have razor burn.

At my home club I'm pretty sure the dancers are not allowed to have pubic hair showing outside their thong. So if they have a big bush combined with shaving issues they have to bump up to thongs with more acreage. CinammonKisses, can you confirm? I may be wrong.

Anyway, back on topic I would prefer stubble to razor burn and ingrown hairs.

Then there's laser hair removal and electrolysis. A couple treatments and no more shaving ever again.

I voted against the razor burn and ingrown hairs - to be honest, my eyes tend to roam all over the body, so I wouldn't dwell on the area if it bothered me. Sometimes, a little bit of stubble might appeal to the voyeurs - we're seeing something we shouldn't, let's keep watching to see what else shows up. It's not like we have to worry about getting scratched up (unless we're trying to do more than just look)...

I spend zero time looking at a gal's bikini area when she is dancing for me so it really doesn't matter to me. I'm more interested the smile on her face and the view from the rear...

    LOL rlams!
I'm like Yoda but abstaining from voting doesn't really help answer the OP's question.

I'm not a fan of stubble but it's not a big deal in the pubic area. Razor burn and ingrown hair is worse IMO.

If a gal is dancing for me, I'm not looking down there anyways. Just keep it trimmed and clean.

The gamms of course are another matter.

    Heh.... not quite.

According to this site it's more like 4-7 treatments. And there is no real guarantee that the hair will "never" grow back. http://www.hairremovaljournal.org/does_hair.htm

Also.... at over $400 dollars a zap.... it's not exactly the most economical option. http://www.hairremovaljournal.org/removalcosts.htm

A thinking outside the box option - new razor?

I know it sounds gimmicky but the Gillette Fusion 5 blade thingy really is a smooth mofo. I got one free and now I have to say, damn, why can't all razors be so smooth and work so well? Expensive yea, but it doesn't scratch my face like some of the cheaper blades.

Get a stick of Dove Ultimate Clear Sensitive Skin deodorant and use it right after you shave. It will virtually eliminate razor burn for you. I started doing that when I modeled for a high end lingerie company. A lot of times theyll send only the prototype for the model to wear during the shoot so if one hair snags the material they are pissed as hell. You can also use hydrocortisone cream on the in between days too.

I'd say stubble. At the distances that the dancers are dancing, I really do not see if the girly parts are completely smooth, or have a day or two of stubble on it.

    I voted dont care.
I dont stare at tits. I look then look away.
A couple of things that keep me there are a good attitude and a pretty face.
    Seems cliche, but it's true.
Suffering depression makes me need that "good vibe".
When I'm at a club I dont really care if it's a dance or a drink I buy from/for the dancer.
    She can make that call.

    Back on point:
I'd imagine stubble is desired over razor hell.
Not to mention, if you are uncomfortable, you will not be able to give the best dance.
So I'd say go with what makes you feel better.
Customers can deal with your choice just fine.

On some stripper's blog, she recommended a brand of razor called "Bumps." It is actually marketed to Black men, but she said it did a remarkable job of giving a comfortable shave of the pubic area.
