I'm addicted to Ramen Noodles. I'm ashamed of it because I ate them when I was young (poor family) so I got sick of them & also felt like, Never again, I'm not going to touch those.
I started eating them again when I was penny-pinching for a couple weeks and now I want them all the time. But they're fattening.
Is there a good online resource for noodlemaking at home & where can I buy kitchen equipment to make noodles at home? Maybe this would be a healthier food addiction if they weren't pre-packaged.

Not trying to be mean- but you need a healthier food addiction!! And while salt may not make you gain weight, it certainly makes you bloat and retain water (among other things). Not good for you at all..
