You can think I'm nutty all you want, but I acknowledge my food. I haven't the patience or desire to haul around and log in a food journal, so I have my own little thing. I say, out loud, "I acknowledge that by eating this cookie/popcorn/chicken salad, I am helping myself reach my body goals/setting myself back. I accept my decision to eat this cookie/popcorn/chicken salad and take responsibility for it."
Usually, I can manage to say "no" to bad foods easier by using this technique. Anyone else have any weird dieting habits?

I buy mine at a grocery store well in three weeks I will try the genesis 100-acaii. I still get good results from the tahiti trader, i can only imagine if you had better results from genesis. Thanks for the scoop.
